Each order of DasGro Hair Formula comes with a 90 day money back guarantee. This guarantee starts form the day that delivery has been confirmed through the carrier.
Our return policy is listed on our website and is simple and straightforward. As long as you are within the guidelines of the guarantee then we will refund you the full price of the product plus any shipping costs that are directly paid to us (such as expedited shipping). We are not responsible for postage or return shipping costs. We are also not responsible for any third party charges levied by credit cards or PayPal.
Our guarantee is intended to give the customer piece of mind and to allow a reasonable time period for the customer to try the product at no risk.
We stand by our guarantee 100 percent but will occasionally decline refunds if the customer does not qualify under our simple and straightforward guidelines.
